Shipping

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. We do not ship on weekends. 

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground within 2 business days of your order date. Depending on where you live in the US, you will get your package within 1-5 days of the date it was shipped. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email Shipping Confirmation with tracking information for your package. All orders over $100 (pre-tax) ship free! And if you are local, feel free to skip shipping all together and choose free in store pick up (just make sure and an opt out of Route Protection if you choose this option)!

A little about Route Protection: It is as easy as one click and your order is instantly protected in the instance of a stolen/damaged package. You can also receive real time tracking updates. We partnered with them for added peace of mind for your orders. If you aren't interested, no worries, just makes sure and remove it before check out! 

International Shipping:

International shipping is $35 for regular sized items and $45 for oversized packages. Items being shipped to Russia incur a $45 shipping charge. All purchases will be shipped via USPS Priority.

Once you receive a Shipping Confirmation with your tracking number, your package should arrive within 8-15 days. It depends how long the package takes to go through your country’s customs. We do our best to avoid customs charges, but the customer is responsible for any charges that are required by customs once your package arrives in your country. Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail.

Duties and Taxes

Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.

By placing an international order with us, you are consenting to pay the duties and taxes as mandated by the destination country. Our international shipping option is for shipping cost only and does not include duties and taxes – this is the responsibility of the customer as hereby agreed to. To calculate exact duties and taxes for your shipment, please contact your country’s customs department.
